    The glass reactor kettle performs a stirring reaction in a closed container under set constant temperature conditions and normal pressure or negative pressure and can control the evaporation and reflux of the reaction liquid. Glass reactors can be divided into single-layer and double-layer. The functions of a three-layer glass reactor are the same as a single-layer and double-layer glass reactor. It is a material synthesis instrument in the fields of chemical industry, biopharmaceuticals, petroleum, scientific research, experiments, and other fields. Distillation, concentration, reflux, separation, purification, and other reactions can be carried out under constant speed, constant force, and constant temperature conditions.

    Three-layer Glass Reactor

    The three-layer glass reactor is an updated and improved version of the double-layer glass reactor. From the appearance, there is not much difference between the three-layer glass reactor and the double-layer glass reactor. The main difference is that the pot body has an extra layer of glass.

    The body of the three-layer glass reactor is composed of three layers of glass and two sets of interlayers, which can provide a stirring function and control the evaporation and reflux of the reaction solution. The inner layer of the three-layer glass reactor kettle is used for heating or cooling, and the outer layer is used for vacuuming so that the materials in the kettle can maintain the cooling or heating temperature as much as possible under the vacuum state. The outer material reacts in the three-layer glass reactor. After the reaction is completed, the material is discharged from the outlet at the bottom of the reactor.

    Due to the particularity of biopharmaceutical production and preparation, it is recommended that a three-layer glass reactor be used in conjunction with a vacuum pump and a refrigeration pump. Because the raw materials of biopharmaceuticals are substances with high nutritional value, they are easily contaminated and prone to breed bacteria and spoilage, making the bioactive ingredients easily deteriorate and lose their pharmacological effects.

    Low temperature and sterility are difficulties in the isolation and preparation of biochemical drugs. Due to strict temperature requirements, it is recommended to use the refrigeration equipment provided by RUNGYU. A variety of models are available, with accurate temperature control.

When the water temperature in the three-layer glass reactor reaches the preselected temperature, the controller automatically cuts off the heater’s power. When it is lower than the water temperature, the controller automatically turns on the heater power to achieve a constant water temperature in the water tank.

    6.The three-layer glass reactor speed regulator has a double digital display for speed, temperature, and vacuum degree. The rotation speed can be set through the speed knob, which is intuitive and convenient. The kettle is also equipped with a pt100 temperature probe.

    7.The overall structure is compact and reasonable, with universal wheels, and can be moved as a whole.
