RUNGYU high-pressure reactors are widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, dye, food, biochemical, and other chemical industries. Depending on the pressure required for the process, the high-pressure reactor can perform chemical reactions under open, closed normal pressure, pressurized, or negative pressure conditions.

    Autoclave performance of high-pressure reactor

1.The high-pressure reactor kettle is a typical innovation in which magnetic transmission devices are used in large-scale reaction equipment. It fundamentally solves the problem of shaft seal leakage that cannot be overcome by packing seals and mechanical seals.

2.Without any leakage or pollution, it is an ideal equipment for high-temperature and high-pressure chemical reactions, especially chemical reactions with flammable, explosive, and toxic media, which shows its superiority.

3.The high-pressure reactor is a precision equipment. The sealing ring adopts the form of cone contact sealing. Tighten the main bolts to press them against each other to achieve the purpose of sealing. Therefore, special attention must be paid to the sealing cone.

Features of using a high-pressure reactor

1.During the working process of the high-pressure reactor, its electric heating rod is mainly used to heat the thermal oil in the jacket to raise the temperature of the thermal oil to the required temperature. High-pressure reactors are widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, natural condiments, food additives, light industry, and other industries.

2.The high-pressure reactor needs to meet the explosion-proof requirements in the high-pressure operating room during the installation process. When equipped with multiple high-pressure reactors, the equipment should be placed separately, and every two pieces of equipment should be separated by a safety explosion-proof wall. Each operating room should have passageways and exits leading to the outside. When explosive media are present, the equipment should be well-ventilated.

3.After the high-pressure reactor is installed, a certain amount of nitrogen needs to be introduced to maintain the pressure for 30 minutes during use. Check the equipment for leaks during use. If a leak is discovered, soap suds should be used. Find the leakage point of the pipe and nozzle, deflate and tighten it after finding it, and then perform a nitrogen pressure test again to ensure that there is no leakage and then start working normally.

4.Place the cauldron body and cauldron lid into the high-pressure reactor kettle, and use a gasket or cone surface to make linear contact with the arc surface. By tightening the main nuts, they press each other to achieve a good sealing effect. When tightening the nut, it must be done diagonally symmetrically several times. Gradually tighten evenly without letting the lid tilt to one side to achieve a good seal.
