Double-layer Glass Reactor

The core feature of the glass reactor is the double-layer glass structure. The reaction material (also known as the reaction solvent) can be placed in the interlayer inside the kettle body, and the stirring reaction is carried out under normal pressure or negative pressure to realize a double-layer reaction. The inner layer is injected with a constant-temperature hot solution or cooling liquid, which can heat or cool the materials in the reactor at a constant temperature and provide a stirring function.

The glass reactor is a commonly used instrument in the laboratory, and the most commonly used are single-layer glass reactors and double-layer glass reactors. The laboratory double-layer glass reactor is put the reaction medium in the inner layer, and the material is heated or refrigerated at a constant temperature by injecting constant temperature high-temperature hot water, heat transfer oil, or low temperature freezing liquid into the jacket, and mechanical stirring can be provided at the same time.

Single-layer Glass Reactor

The single-layer glass reactor is heated, evaporated, and refluxed under normal pressure or negative pressure by stirring the reaction solution inside. The shell of this product is made of high-quality stainless steel, which is anti-corrosion and anti-rust. All glass parts are made of high borosilicate GG-17 glass, which has the characteristics of high-temperature resistance, temperature difference resistance, and corrosion resistance. The PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) element is sealed with the company’s unique technology and has a good vacuum degree.

Three-layer Glass Reactor

While stirring the material, the three-layer glass reactor injects a circulating hot solution or cooling liquid through the inner interlayer to heat or cool the material in the kettle at a constant temperature. When the material is heated and reacted, the evaporation efficiency can be improved under vacuum conditions (a vacuum device needs to be connected), and the solvent vapor is cooled into a liquid when it passes through the glass condensing coil (a cooling device needs to be connected), which can be refluxed into the kettle or through the reflux bend. The valve under the head is recovered. After the reaction is completed, the material can be discharged from the side discharge port at the bottom of the kettle.
