The frame blade high pressure reactor is generally composed of material conveying, stirring and mixing, heating or cooling, sealing, and other devices.

Frame blade high pressure reactor is a typical innovation of the magnetic transmission device applied to large-scale reaction equipment. It fundamentally solves the problem of shaft seal leakage that could not be overcome by packing seals and mechanical seals in the past, without any leakage and pollution. It is the most ideal device for chemical reactions, especially for chemical reactions of flammable, explosive, and toxic media, which shows its superiority. The material of the autoclave body is mainly made of 1cr18Ni10Ti stainless steel, and titanium, nickel, and composite steel plates can be made according to the requirements of different media. The openings on the top can be designed according to user requirements; the heating methods include jacketed steam, jacketed hot oil, electric heating, etc., which can be optionally selected by users when ordering. For the inner surface of the kettle with polishing requirements, the above mirror polishing level can be achieved, and the high-viscosity material is processed into a conical bottom, which is convenient for discharging and cleaning.

Guidelines for the safe use of frame blade high pressure reactors

1. First check whether the frame blade high pressure reactor is clean and ready for use, and confirm replacement or fill in the equipment use mark.

2. Check whether the valves on the matching pipelines and the valves on the distributor are closed.

3. Check whether there is an internal leakage in the steam valve. If there is an internal leakage, the valve should be replaced in time.

4. Check the status of the jacket of the frame blade high pressure reactor. If there is circulating water or salt water in the jacket, confirm according to standard procedures. The circulating water is discharged directly, and the brine is forced back into the brine tank through the ice machine.

5. Open the upper feed, condenser circulating water, distillation, and reflux valves of the frame blade high pressure reactor, and close the emptying and distillation receiving valves. Open the exhaust gas absorption valve and the steam reflux valve at the bottom of the kettle, then open the steam inlet valve to heat the frame blade high pressure reactor.

6. Raise the temperature in the kettle to 100~120°C and keep it warm for 2 hours until the kettle body and supporting pipes are dry. If water has been added to the frame blade high pressure reactor kettle for reflux, keep it for 4 to 5 hours to ensure that the kettle body and accessories are all dry before cooling.

7. Close the water inlet valve, feed valve, and lower valve of the frame blade high pressure reactor kettle, and introduce nitrogen into the kettle through the pipeline for protection and cooling. The purpose is to prevent water vapor from entering the air.

8. When the temperature in the kettle drops to T ≤ 100°C, close the return steam valve, slowly open the circulating water, and bring it down to normal temperature (after the temperature is lower than 40°C, chilled brine can be used to speed up the cooling rate). During the concentration process, production personnel should keep relevant records.

9. Close all valves, waste gas absorption valves, and nitrogen valves on the frame blade high pressure reactor when in use.

The working principle of the frame blade high pressure reactor is: to put the reaction solvent in the inner layer for stirring the reaction, and the interlayer can pass through different cold and heat sources (refrigerant liquid, hot water, or hot oil) for cyclic heating or cooling reaction. Through the interlayer of the frame blade high pressure reactor, a constant temperature (high temperature or low temperature) hot melt medium or cooling medium is injected to heat or cool the materials in the frame blade high pressure reactor at a constant temperature.

The material is reacted in the frame blade high pressure reactor, and the evaporation and reflux of the reaction solution can be controlled. After the reaction is completed, the material can be discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the kettle, and the operation is extremely convenient.

The reaction medium can be put into the inner layer for stirring reaction, and the interlayer can be connected with different cold and heat sources (refrigerated liquid, hot water, or hot oil) for cyclic heating or cooling reaction. Through the interlayer of the frame blade high pressure reactor, a constant temperature (high temperature or low temperature) hot melt medium or cooling medium is injected to heat or cool the materials in the frame blade high pressure reactor at a constant temperature. At the same time, the stirring reaction can be carried out under normal pressure or negative pressure according to the requirements of use.
