The high pressure reactor is a pressure vessel with a reaction. Before operating the chemical reactor, carefully check whether there is any abnormality. During normal operation, the mechanically driven chemical reactor must not open the upper cover and touch the wiring on the board. terminal to avoid electric shock; operation with pressure is strictly prohibited; during the pressure test with nitrogen, carefully observe the change of the pressure gauge, when the pressure is reached, close the nitrogen valve switch immediately; the heating speed should not be too fast, and the pressure should be carried out slowly, especially is the stirring speed, only a slow rise is allowed.

The cleaning methods of high-pressure reactors can be divided into mechanical cleaning and chemical cleaning.

1. Chemical cleaning: First of all, it is necessary to know the scale components in the chemical reactor equipment, which is sampling analysis. After determining the composition of the dirt, do the test first, select the cleaning agent and confirm through the test that it will not cause corrosion to the metal of the equipment. Then, a temporary circulation device is erected on-site to circulate the cleaning fluid in the equipment to wash off the dirt. Chemical cleaning requires less labor, short cleaning time, and cleaning, but may cause corrosion of high-pressure reactors and related equipment. Therefore, chemical cleaning is used in conditions with soft and thin dirt, and mechanical cleaning is used in conditions with hard and thick dirt.

2. Mechanical cleaning: high-pressure cleaning device is used, and the high-pressure water of 150-200MPa is used to wash away the dirt through the nozzle. Mechanical cleaning will not corrode equipment and can effectively clean hard scale, but it takes a long time and is labor-intensive.

Before turning on the console current switch of the high-pressure reactor, the stirring switch and the speed regulating heating switch should be set to zero.

Inject the reaction solvent into the chemical reactor from the exhaust valve, wash away most of the residue, and then pour water into the kettle and stir for 10 minutes. Only in this way can the lid of the pot be opened and the inner wall of the pot can be cleaned.

Rinse the inner wall, stirring, and the joint surface of the high-pressure reactor with mother liquor before feeding, and then slowly close the upper cover to avoid damage to the joint surface.

When cleaning the high-pressure reactor, it is necessary to clean the kettle cover and sampling valve, and at the same time, if there is water in the kettle, slightly fill it with nitrogen.

For equipment that is not used temporarily, soak it with 70% clean anhydrous ethanol by volume without tightening the screws. After cleaning the pressure cooker, it is convenient for the next use.

After each reaction in the high-pressure reactor, close the main valve of the hydrogen cylinder, open the outlet valve of the kettle, adjust the pressure in the kettle to about 3kg, close the outlet valve, open the inlet valve, then close the inlet valve, open the outlet valve, and adjust the pressure inside the kettle. When the pressure reaches about 3kg, close the outlet valve until the pressure value of the pressure reducing valve reaches a safe value, and then remove the air intake device.
