The structure of the reactor body is divided into three types: single-layer, double-layer, and three-layer. The glass laboratory reactor combination device is generally composed of a closed refrigeration heating cycle device, a constant temperature circulator, a low-temperature circulator, and other temperature control devices, various types of glass reactors, plus a circulating water pump, a multi-diaphragm vacuum pump, etc. Pumps and other accessories are commonly recommended combination schemes for chemical synthesis, distillation, concentration, crystallization, purification, extraction, etc. in many university laboratories and research institutes.

Working principle of small glass laboratory reactor

Inject a constant temperature (high or low temperature) hot solution or cooling liquid through the interlayer of the double-layer glass reactor to heat or cool the materials in the double-layer glass reactor at a constant temperature, and provide stirring. The reaction is carried out in a double-layer glass reactor, and the evaporation and reflux of the reaction liquid can be controlled. After the reaction is completed, the material can be discharged from the outlet at the bottom of the kettle, which is extremely convenient to operate. It is an ideal equipment for modern chemical samples, petrochemical industry, sample experiments, biopharmaceuticals, and new material synthesis

● All glass components are made of high borosilicate glass 3.3, which has excellent physical and chemical properties.

● The inlet and outlet of the jacket are connected by stainless steel insulation hoses to eliminate the stress of the inlet and outlet.
● The frame adopts SUS304 + carbon structural steel spray + aluminum plate 6061-F spray, which has strong corrosion resistance and is easy to clean and maintain.
● SUS304 receiving tray to prevent environmental pollution.
