    Maintenance of stainless steel reactor

    1.Installation location: The stainless steel reactor should be installed in a high-pressure operating room that meets explosion-proof requirements. When equipped with multiple stainless steel reactors, they should be placed separately, and each two should be separated by a safety explosion-proof wall. Each operating room should have passages and exits leading to the outdoors, and the equipment should be well-ventilated when there is explosive media.

    2.After opening the package, check whether the stainless steel reactor is damaged, install the equipment according to the equipment model and structure diagram, and count the accessories according to the packing list. If the heating method is thermal oil electric heating, purchase the corresponding type of thermal oil according to the operating temperature (note: the thermal oil is not allowed to contain moisture) and add it. open mouth. Add oil through the oil filler port and wait until the oil level port flows out; then tighten the oil level port. Do not tighten the oil filler port to avoid pressure.

    3.Installation and sealing of the stainless steel reactor kettle body and lid: The kettle body and lid are in line contact with the gasket cone surface or arc surface. They are pressed against each other by tightening the main nut to achieve a good sealing effect.
