A stainless steel reactor is a stainless steel container equipment. The stainless steel reactor consists of a kettle body, a kettle lid, a stirrer, a jacket, a bracket, a transmission device, a shaft seal device, etc. Materials and openings can be made according to user needs and process requirements. Stainless steel reactors are mainly used for stirring, homogenizing, and mixing storage of dairy products, sugar, beverages, food, and various pharmaceuticals.

    Stainless steel reactors are generally easy to clean and maintain, making them the choice of many companies. The price of a stainless steel reactor is directly related to its configuration.

    A stainless steel reactor kettle generally consists of a lid, body, stirrer, etc. Suitable for mixing and stirring of materials. Before general use, multiple components of the stainless steel reactor, such as pressure gauges, thermometers, and pipes, must be checked for leaks. When handling solids, care must be taken not to damage the walls of the stainless steel reactor.

    Requirements for stainless steel reactors

    1.Stainless steel reactor production technology.

    2.Working pressure, motor, and speed requirements in the tank. The choice of stainless steel reactor steel plate thickness and the difference in motor power account for a considerable proportion of the cost performance.

    3.The viscosity and pH of the material. The choice of stainless steel reactor depends on the viscosity of the material. Watery materials generally only need to be mixed with slurry, but if the viscosity of the material is high, anchor stirring is required and the stirring force is larger. When some materials condense and adhere to the tank wall after being exposed to high temperatures, you need to choose a frame mixer with PTFE wall cutting.

    Precautions for stainless steel reactor

    1.First of all, always pay attention to the overall working condition of the stainless steel reactor and reducer;

    2.Safety valves such as jackets and lids of stainless steel reactors, pressure gauges, thermometers, distillation holes, electric heating rods, electrical instruments, etc. should be inspected regularly;

    3.The oil in the electric heating medium should be replaced every six months. If the reducer lubricating oil is insufficient, it should be replenished immediately;

    4.When the stainless steel reactor is not in use, the inner and outer walls of the container must be thoroughly cleaned with warm water, and the pot body must be scrubbed frequently to keep the surface clean and the inner tank bright until it is ready for use.
