    1. The material of stainless steel reactor

    The inner surface is mirror-polished to ensure no hygienic dead corners. The fully enclosed design ensures that the material is always in a sterile state. The outer surface can be optionally sandblasted, frosted, or cold-rolled primary color matt treatment.

    Heating and cooling: Steam, electric heating, and heat-conducting oil can be selected as heating methods to meet the technological needs of different working environments such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, high-temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, and corrosion resistance.

    Maintenance of stainless steel reactor

    When using a stainless steel reactor, the refrigerant inlet valve must be closed, but the remaining refrigerant in the pot and the jacket, then input the material, start the stirrer, and then open the steam valve and electric heating power supply. After reaching the required temperature, it should be closed first. The steam valve and electric heating power supply, turn off the stirrer after 2 to 3 minutes. After processing, after draining the remaining condensed water in the pot and jacket, rinse with warm water as soon as possible, brush off the sticky materials, and then use 40 ℃ ~ 50 ℃ alkaline water is thoroughly cleaned the inner wall of the container, and rinsed with clean water. Especially when there is no material (heat-absorbing medium) in the stainless steel reactor, the steam valve, and electric heating power supply shall not be opened, and special attention shall be paid to the use of steam pressure. Exceeded working pressure.

    When maintaining the stainless steel reactor, you should always pay attention to the working conditions of the whole equipment and the reducer. If the lubricating oil of the reducer is insufficient, it should be replenished immediately. The electric heating medium oil should be replaced every six months. Tables, distillation holes, electric heating rods, electrical instruments, etc. should be inspected regularly. If there is any fault, they should be replaced or repaired immediately. When the equipment is not in use, be sure to use warm water to thoroughly clean the inner and outer walls of the container, scrub the pot frequently, and keep the outer surface clean and the inner tank clean.
